Decorative spice racks

Decorative spice racks can really add interest to a kitchen. As well as displaying the natural variety of spice colors and textures, the rack itself can be a kind of focal point in the kitchen. Big kitchens most often have the space needed to display works of decorative metal or wood.

Many people use decorative spice racks not just to organize and store their spices, but to add interest to their kitchens. Wrought iron, wood and acrylic materials can be used to construct a fanciful pattern for an innovative custom-made rack. For many cooks the spices themselves do the decorating.

You can make your own or buy a complete set already filled with dried herbs and spices. Whichever you choose, there are plenty of options out there for any style aesthetic.
